Which Calendar is Authorized... and How?
Lesser Feasts and Fasts is mentioned but not defined in the Canons of the Episcopal Church. (Canon II.3.5) It has been regularly authorized "for optional use" since at least 1976 and regularly revised. (See Resolutions 1976-A106 and 2018-A065, 2022-A007, etc.)

Resolved, That the commemorations proposed by the 79th General Convention and authorized for trial use (Resolution 2018-A065), be now finally authorized and entered in the Calendar of the Church Year (BCP, pp. 19-ff.) and in future revisions of Lesser Feasts and Fasts; and
That the commemorations as authorized for entry into the Calendar of the Church Year are as follows: Read the entire resolution.

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, that the 79th General Convention authorize the continued use of Lesser Feasts and Fasts 2006; and be it further
Resolved, commend the continued availability of Great Cloud of Witnesses 2015 for the 2018-2021 triennium; and be it further
Resolved, that the new commemorations in Lesser Feasts and Fasts 2018 proposed by the SCLM be authorized for trial use and be included in the calendar for the 2018-2021 triennium, under Article X(b); and be it further
Resolved that the SCLM provide the 80th General Convention with a clear and unambiguous plan for a singular calendar of Lesser Feasts and Fasts.

Revised Common Lectionary & Book Of Common Prayer Lectionary
Resolution 2006-A077 "directed that the Revised Common Lectionary shall be the Lectionary of this Church, amending the Lectionary on pp. 889-921 of The Book of Common Prayer, effective the First Sunday of Advent, 2007; with the provision for continued use of the previous Lectionary for purposes of orderly transition, with the permission of the Ecclesiastical Authority, until the First Sunday of Advent 2010.
Resolution 2012-B009 - allowed that "worshiping communities wishing to use the lectionary for Sundays and Holy Days as originally printed in the Book of Common Prayer (1979) may do so, with the permission of the Ecclesiastical Authority."
The lessons in specific liturgies throughout the Book of Common Prayer 1979 were amended by Resolution 2015-A067 to conform to the Revised Common Lectionary.
